#2 –🔦 A diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging awareness year 🔍👓
This year, diversity, equity and inclusion have been shown to be more than indispensable in society but also within companies. The year 2020 is coming to an end and I hope that the new year will bring significant developments in these areas. I hope that the actions taken this year will have resonated with some people to make them aware of the benefits of a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policy on the performance they allow to develop within the company generated by the commitment and retention of the best employees.
A series of articles and/or videos are available below to help expand your knowledge of DEI & belonging such as the Harvard Business Review article that demonstrates the importance and crucial role of inclusion in addition to diversity. These resources may also help you to identify what makes each of us unique and recognize that our individual differences are a source of collective strength.
On that note, I wish you a wonderful holiday season! May your resolutions be wise and achievable.
Best regards,
Dolores Crazover
