# 3 — Diversity, Inclusion, Equity: 3 performance pillars ⚖✨😎
Hello everyone,
It is with excitement that I start this year 2021 with positive thoughts about diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging! You will wonder why? This is a new beginning for all of us, where we can choose to make the right choices. To be the actor of our life or a spectator?
You will see that this year Meghan, Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry, have chosen to take a stand and talk about gender equality issues in a podcast. Elon Musk perhaps should have turned his tongue 7 times in his mouth before speaking. What am I saying, before tweeting! For 2021, we strongly encourage projects that will address diversity issues in IA. Yes, we believe, this will be an important year! We will get there with time and inclusion!
